Cancellation & Return Policy

 

Cancellation Policy:

Vivek Patel believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

  • No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be accepted for products procured by the Vivek Patel team through sale, clearance, discounted, or limited-time promotional offers.

  • We do not accept cancellation requests for Custom made orders, that is garment which is not our sample, garments which are made to measure and garment not falling in category of standard size from XS to XL. However, we will be happy to assist you in required alterations within 6 months from the date of order placed. 

  • All courier charges involved in shipping and are to borne by customer.


Return & Refund Policy:

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost, if the product is damaged or defective. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number @+91-7838300240.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

 

Conditions for return:

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products/Items should be UNUSED. Vivek Patel team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

  • Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The decision however will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same. All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of Credit Notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at vivekpatelstudio.com.

 

Refunds:

Please note that all the garments are exclusively crafted. We do not give any Refunds. However we will be happy to assist you in required fitting alterations.
